2 tsp. mustard
Dash hot sauce (Texas Pete)
1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. mustard

Mix the above and brush on beef (or chicken) and veggies after skewered. Brush remaining marinade on kabobs as they cook.
