1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 Tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
1/3 cup applesauce
2 eggs
1 cup milk
Pulse oats in cuisinart until they resemble a coarse flour. Add remaining ingredients and process to mix. Drop by 1/4 cups on preheated griddle.
